Problem with Outlook

i have installed outloook 2000.

In the contact form, in the page frame 'others field' i insered a column
"example" with value anna@_for_example.com.

I'd like that when i sendd a mail to my contact LUCA the program insert in
the ccn : the address of my column "examle".

How can i do ???

can i do it also in outlook express?
