problem with past especial from xls to docx

hi everyone
i know english a little

i have problem with past especial in my office.

i used to work with office 2003 .yesterday i changed it to office 2010.
but some of my files dont work past especial in office 2010.
in my office there are 25 pc . witch use win xp pro sp3. allmost ten pcs have that problem.
this pcs cant past especial from table in *.xls file to *.docx file.

on the other hand when i open *.xls and save as to xlsx files and copy and past special to in word 2010 there is no problem.

please help me

.xls files are Excel files, which you should be able to open with Excel.
.docx are Word files.

You can open your files in Excel and then save as a text file, unicode text file, pdf, html file or whatever and import that into Word, but you already know that.
