Problem with Print Format

I'm having a strange problem. When I do a print preview the document
have way too much line spacing. The document looks fine when I create
it and look at it in "Normal" mode, but the print preview and actual
printout has extra lines. I've checked my line spacing and it is set
to 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

How does it look in:
View>Print Layout ?

While a lot of people may disagree, I NEVER use Normal view. It gives
little or no idea of how the document will look when printed.

Print Layout, Print Preview and the actual print job should be in agreement.

Hi there

Something to try: in Print Layout view, select the text to be single line
spaced, then on the menu bar Format, Paragraph, Spacing, set before at 0 and
after at 0, also in this window check that line spacing says single.

On the Layout tab of Page Setup, change the vertical alignment from
Justified to Top.
