Problem with print function from Excel 2003

M

Meenie

I work in an office and make a template in excel that I send to several
managers.
One manager can't get it to print properly.
The template was designed to print in landsape, if it prints in Portrait the
last column is cut off.
For the manager it prints in portrait even though when she goes to page set
up, landscape is chosen.
There is no print area set (and to be sure, I went there and cleared print
area )
the margins are set correctly.

When she sent the form back to me via email and I opened it, it prints
correctly for me!!! We both have the same printer. I sent her a new copy of
the form and it does the same thing!

I checked the settings for the sheet in page setup but nothing is selected
there, I checked everything I could think to check on her printer settings.

Is there something I'm not thinking of? I'm stumped.
If anyone has an idea, please let me know. I'm pulling out my hair. :)

Hi Meenie,

For the manager it prints in portrait even though when she goes to page set
up, landscape is chosen.

I suspect this is caused by a setting of the printer.
Remove the printer from the managers profile and reinstall it.
Or install the same printer again.
