I have a form that contains a subform. The subform is a datasheet. The main
form determines the fields to be displayed and the captions for the fields in
the subform, depending on the user's selection.
To print what the user sees on the screen, I use DoCmd.Printout in a print
button. What happens when the user hits the print button is that the printout
will print all the records in the subform selection and the repeat these
records over and over again.
e.g If the subform has 100 records selected,starting from A to Z, 100 lines
of records will be printed, starting from A to Z. Then another 100 lines
starting from A to Z will print. Then another 100. again and again.
To create reports for this print out will be to complex.
Any suggestions on how to stop the continuous dump?
many thanks
