Problem with Product Key for MS Office Enterprise 2007

I had to reinstall after wiping computer clean. the software installed but
only on a temporary basis until a "good" product key is entered. I am using
the key from the original packaging and have only installed it on this
computer. I bought the software new. I am the only one who has used it.
What can I do or who can I speak to about this? I had to wipe my computer
clean due to a Microsoft Windows 7 issue...
