Problem with /Profile command line switch

First off all my profiles require a password to be
entered before accessing the data.

when I open outlook with the following line:
outlook /profile jso

I get the password prompt window pop up with the last
profile I logged in, rather then the jso profile.

How do I get the profile I enter with the switch to
appear, rather then the last profile I logged in as.
