Problem with Proofing Tools

I have a laptop running Swedish version of XP Professional and Ofice 2003
English version.

When I try to spellcheck in Swedish Office says that "Proofing Tools cannot
be found". I have installed then but Office cannot seem to find them.

As I am trying to learn Swedish it is a pain.

Can anyone help?

If by "XP Professional" you mean the Windows operating system then there's
absolutely no connection whatsoever between that and the English version of
Office that you're using.

Office comes with 3-4 language supports depending on the country you buy it
in. If you bought it in Sweden it will (hopefully) include Swedish language
support. If you bought it elsewhere then it's a good bet that it won't.

What did you install. The proofing tools or the upgrade for proofing tools that was on last weeks office upgrade site. Is you version of Office 2003 an MUI? You do know that the proofing tools are a separate install from the Office 2003 unless it is an MUI version
