problem with publish project

I have several projects which have been published to project sever 2003. All
of the projects appear appear in PWA in the project section however clicking
on one of the newly saved projects results in the following message:

There is no information to display in this view
Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no
information in the project plan to display.

The other projects display the task details just fine. At least one of the
problem projects was imported to project server via the wizard and then
published using the collaborate -> publish -> all information option.
Resource information associated with this project appears in the resource
section of PWA. I am the project owner in all cases and have full privileges
on server. A collegue of mine is having a similar problem in a different
instance of project server on the same physical server.
So what do I do next to troubleshoot this problem?

It seems your problem is more episodic than systemic, though.

Since the server hosts more than one instance of Project Server, do you have
change control procedures in place? Any changes on the server lately?

This is a very interesting problem (not much fun for you, though), and I
look forward to learning the cause/solution when you figure it out.
