Problem with queue

I have Project Server 2007 SP1 and IU.

Today when attempting to use the ProjTool on the application server to do a
full publish, I got an error message that "Something is wrong in the queue.
Check/clear the queue then redo your action." The queue did have a project
stuck in positiion 1, which I resolved, but the error message continues to
occur even after restarting the ProjTool.

i also restarted the queue service.

There are no errors in the application log, and the projects in question
actually did publish within 30 seconds and I watched then join the queue and
leave the queue normally. I haven't checked the ULS logs yet.

Anyone know what might cause the ProjTool to respond like this?

Can you try and bouce the servers and see if it resolves the issue. Is this
an error just when you use ProjTool or does this happen when you manually
publish a schedule? Have you pointpointed which schedule is causing the
error?
