problem with quotes that incorporate subject line

Hi everyone

I use Outlook Express 6 with OE Quote-Fix. Recently I noticed that when
I receive and read messages that replies to another email they
incorporate as the first line:

the topic of the message replied to followed by my first written text
such as "Dear so and so". For example a reply to the following message
would come back to me with the following first line of text:

"problem with quotes that incorporate subject lineHi everyone"

I do not know what is causing this, OE or OE-fix, and whether it is
caused during the sending or after the receiving.

I don't know where to start looking to fix it. I looked at the various
options and find nothing that seems to apply.

Can anyone help?
