Problem with RBS not showing and Timesheet updates not being updated

Hi , we have a problem with the pro client 2003...It is not showing the RBS values or shows the wrong value...However, in PWA in the resource tab the RBS shows correctly? Also Timesheet Updates are not being updated in the TimeSheet Approval Table ? Could there be a problem with the Global Template? Any ideas what i can check
