I have a report that when I enter certain parameters it gives me data like
date ranges, team name, detail type and so on. My problem is that the report
gives all the data I need including a total to date of all purchases.
When I save it as a data Access Page the Totals for some reason do not carry
over. Is their a way to creats a totals section on the DAP where I can have a
running total of budget data so I do not have to worry about modifying it
even time they run it.
I guess what I am asking is their a way to take a preset value say the
Advertising budget for the Posse team was 25,000 dollars. I need it to
calculate the values every month when I run the parameter query. So
regardless of the different purchases that month it will seperate
automatically keep the running total?? If this odes not make sense I am sorry
