Problem with routing a document in Word 2002

I'm trying to route a document in Word 2002. I'm able to
select the list of addresses and I can set the order. But
when I hit the Route button I get a Check Names window
that says that Outlook does not recognize "Unkown"
Is there a way to set the From address on a Routing Slip?
I searched through all the Outlook and Word options but
can't find where this is set.
