Problem with rules

A

Andrea Racca

Scenario: Exchange 2000 Server SP3 - Outlook XP SP2.

I access to my mailbox from Outlook but from two different PC.
PC1: my profile have also a pst
PC2: my profile haven't a pst (I wouldn't put it)

I create client rule for PC1. A rules (A) move mail in a subfolder of pst.

When I access from PC2 to Outlook the rule "A" became "not selected" because
I haven't pst.
Next if I use PC1 the rule "A" is "not selected"..

It's possible to have different rule for the same mailbox?

You have any other help?

Thank's

Andrea

Outlook 2002 stores rules in the mailbox, so the rules apply no matter where
you're logged on.

You'll need to reset the target folders and/or disable rules when you
between machines.
