Change the "From" email address VBA

So I "send as" from a shared mailbox all day long. Some of the time it's a reply, but a good portion of the time it's a brand new email. I'm trying to figure out the coding and I have no idea what I'm doing because I've only recorded macros before.

The gist is, I want Outlook to start a new email and change the "From" address from my personal work email to the shared mailbox email.
