Problem with sending attached files

I have a friend who has send me an email, in HTMLformat,
with some attached pictures. But when I recieve the
email, I receive around 20 mails in "normal text"format
with a lot of "codetext" og some strange files attached,
which can not be saved.
This happens every time she sends mails with attached
files. She can though receive mails with attached files
without problems. When she sends in HTMLformat, without
attached files, I also recive them i HTMLformat.
She has Windows XP and uses Outlook 2000, I have Windows
XP and use Outlook 2002.

(If some of the words arent quite right, it´s because I´m
danish and not very familar with the computerwords in
english...)

Have her try sending them in plain text and see if it comes through.

She has tried that, but it did´nt work.... I´ve tried a
lot of suggested solutions, but nothing worked....
