Problem with some emails

Hello, all... one of my users is having an issue with his Outlook
2003. Some messages that come in, which are obviously replies to
messages he sent, are not showing anything but his text. Any idea what
the problem may be and how to fix it? I've looked in the configuration
and nothing I can change appears to make any difference in whether or
not any of the "reply" text is shown.

And it's not every message or everyone who replies to him. Only
certain people who reply to him have this behavior. He's got a
Blackberry and he gets a copy of the messages on his Blackberry. On
the phone, there is reply text, so he knows that there is reply text,
but it never shows in his Outlook.

Any suggestions?

A common cause of this is scanning incoming mail with an antivirus scanner.
If that's what he's doing, then he should uninstall the AV program completely
and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. See if that makes a
difference.
