Problem with Subform

I'm new at using a subforms but I started using the Time and Billing database
as a template and working from there. The subreport works okay with one
exception. I've set up a form similar to the timesheet to record contract
changes. Each Change has a particular work description. My problem is when
I pull up the form all of the data entered for every change is listed in the
subform.

The only problem with the subreport is that it splits two items that were
entered for the same change. It doesn't seem to link the Change with the
report, it creates seperate reports for each item. Any help would be
appreciated.
