I have a main form that I am using to enter transactions. I have another form that contains products and amounts. I have linked my main form to my products subform on products. When product 1 is entered on my main form I want product 1 to some up on the subform - which does happen. However, the amount field comes up zeros. What I am trying to do is to update the subform quantity field from the main form based on a match on product. After the amount is entered in the main form, I want to subtract it from the quantity in the subform. Question - why can't I see the amounts when I bring up the form. The correct product name appears but no quantities??? Thanks.
