problem with synchronizing time on outlook

Basic question. I am synchronizing my calender from desktop outlook 07 to
windows mobile phone calender. Both devices are set on the same time and time
zone. Every entry on either device's calender changes the time by one hour
when synchronizing with the other device.

Something is not patched for the updated DST. Feel free to blame the
Congress for this bug.

Which version of Windows Mobile do you have and on what device? What is
the service pack level of your Outlook?

Either your PDA or your computer is lacking the DST patches.
