Problem with template

Hi guys,

I have an interesting problem that I need some help with. I have a
Word template that I built with a number of userforms that the user
works with to enter data onto a document that can be saved or
published later. The main problem involves only one user who can open
the document, make changes but when they attempt to re-save the
document they get the error "save failed due to out of memory or disk
space" which I know is a kind of catch-all error. When I look at the
VBA window, the Project Explorer shows that I have references to 2
templates (both of which have some funky alpha-numerical names) and
when I look at Tools | References it shows that one of these templates
is "MISSING:". When I remove missing reference and save the document,
another appears in its place.

Any help you can offer would be very gratefully received as I getting
extremely frustrated in trying to find a solution.

Many thanks, Dean...

Mmmm. First thing I'd try is to start Word in Safe Mode, then test your
template again. If another add-in is causing the problem things should
work correctly while you're in Safe Mode.
