Problem with the queue

Hi, I use EPM 2007.
I have the sp1 apply and some hotfix provided by Microsoft.
So the PM try to checkin some several project since 2 days.
the feedback is they cannot checkin.
So this morning, I force the checkin and since 2 hours, the state of the
queue for each project is waiting to process. I can record and publish other
projects except it. Frequently when it's happened, I restarted the service
queue and event and it's working. But here it's not.

So what am I supposed to do?
Should I open a case to Microsoft?

Hi Alex,
you'll need to check the error code associated with the job in the queue,
this should lead to the error code in the ULS logs. From there you start the
troubleshooting process. Brian Smith blogged how to troubleshoot the queue

Thanks, I don't have error, it's just nothing happen. So I try to cancel the
jobs.
I think I should try to find more informations like say in the website.

I do a feedback I find more informations.

Hi,

I am pacing the same problem.
I am trying to get answers from Microsoft, but it goes slowly.
meanwhile - I cannot work. I save the problematic projects as a copy
but it affects very badly my resource leveling and I need to publish
again and all the problems with having 2 files under the same name.
Did you talk to Microsoft?

I don't notice more informations in the log, except this one.
75 heaps created, above warning threshold of 32. Check for excessive SPWeb
or SPSite usage.

I'm not sure, it can be the source of the problem.

I forward the problem to Microsoft.
I will do a feedback.
