Problem with Timescale week# MS Proj 2003

When I set the timescale to show the week#, there is a week #53 showin
that causes the subsequent week #s to be shifted.
I have read the other posts about tools>options>calendar and settin
the week to start on Monday which I have tried. My fiscal year, week
starts on the week that January first occurs. Therefore the week o
12/29/08 is week1.
The week of 12/28/09 is week 1 of 2010. Currently MS Proj shows thi
as week 53...
Any ideas
