Problem with Update

When a PM is trying to Update submitted time - the Update
page shows 'Save your Project file with this task change'
in red. When the Update is clicked, we get a message in
Project Pro that says 'Message could not be opened
because it contains a format that cannot be read'. After
accepting that message, we get 'Some Approved task
changes could not be updated....'

Any idea what might be causing this?

Ed:

You might have a corrupted record, or you might have a record that can no
longer be applied because someone did something like removing a task before
all the pending updates had been applied to it.

Hi Gary
Thanks for the response - anything I can use that will
help me find the problem records, or do I have to review
all of the updates and see which may be invalid?

I'd look at the ones that aren't processing. Use svrdb.htm as a reference
for the database. This was installed on your server during the software
installation.
