I downloaded the Video Mail Add-In for my Outlook 2003. When I run it, it
tells me that my USB Camera is not connected to my computer.
I have checked my camera connections and it is definitely connected and
working in other applications, just not video Mail. The help "Website" that
is talked about in the Add-In Help file doesn't seem to be active either.
I posted this problem to the newsgroup two days ago but my post was
apparently removed, the reason why I am unsure of.
Would soemone please assist me in determining why my Video Mail Add-In does
not seem to work with my USB camera?
