Problem with Visio 2007 Professional - no uml diagrams

I have the problem with Visio 2007, that I have acquired through my MSDN
Subscription.

The problem is as follows: although I have Visio 2007 Professional, I cannot
create UML diagram, or use any other feature that should be present in
Professional version of the product. Up to now I have checked version of
Vision in 2 ways: by investigating the content od Add/Remove Programs and by
searching the windows' registery. Both attempts return positive for query
wheather I have acquired professional for sure.

I have already contacted (anyhow) tech support that specializes in
subscriptions, and I was redirected here, to post my problem on the forum.

I'm running WindowsXP on Dell E5400 in standard configuration. My Visio
version is 12.0.4518.1014.

Does anyone have any suggestions what could possibly be wrong?

I use Visio Professional, and am able to create UML diagrams (under Software
and Database).

Try loading the latest service pack. If that doesn't fix it, you might have
to reinstall the application.

Well actually service pack did nothing good.

But it turned out that reinstalling togather with deleting everything that
could come to your mind starting off with registery entries and so on...

Solution is inconclusive, in my case *complete* reinstallation helped.

Thanks for help
