problem with WinXp

To Whom It May Concern;

MY name is Jorge and my Problem is that my WinXP got scrached in the
installation process and it will not work, Took cd back to where I bought it
from and told me to contact someboby from the ms office or staff. The
Product is 15 days old.

users, like yourself, who exchange information. Microsoft employees do not
