problem with word 2000

When clicking on Word icon I get this message, "Microsoft Word for Windows
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." I clickto see the error repot and get: "The error report

I have tried to fix the errors, uninstalled Office and reinstalled and
cannot resolve this. Has anyone ever encountered this before. HELP!!!!

Did you just load turbo tax? My daughter did and is experiencing same problem.
