Problem with Y-axis title on a chart being cut off

Has anyone else experienced this problem:

The last letter of the Y-axis title (primary and secondary) is cutoff not
completely but partially. However, if you double-click on the chart and it
opens up for MS Graph editing, the entire title is clearly displayed.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem.
