Problems adding my file to trusted locations

I have recently converted my database from Access 2003 to Access 2007. I have
noticed my codes do not work.
I have read I need to add my files to the trusted locations. I have accessed
trust center settings and I went to trusted locations wanting to add new
location. When I browse the destop, where my file is located I didn’t see any
access files (Access 2003 nor 2007).
Can anybody help me to add my new access files to trusted center?
Thank you.

I agree it is disconcerting not to see the mdb files; but still you should be
able to implement the trust by designating the overall folder as a trusted
location....presuming the files are indeed in this folder - it should work
ok....

On the otherhand; just using MyComputer you might want to double check that
your files are where you think they are.....

I have tried to saved the overall folder with my database, instead of the
individual database files. First I had problems saving the folder in the
trusted location. I got the message that the remote or network path I have
entered is not allowed by my security setting. I am not sure what I need to
do. I have tried and click on allow trusted locations on my network, then I
could saved my overall folder. However, my codes didn't work in my form. So I
have accessed the trusted location again, and it turned out my overall folder
that I just saved in my trusted locations is gone.

I still need some ideas/help, please!!!
Thanks again.

not clear what is an Access issue vs just general system/network security.....

for a sanity check - just use MyComputer and make sure you can browse to the
places you need to go to and see the files you need and can open them.......
if this throws any security issues then it is not Access.... just a first
step but needs clarification....
