problems adding new e-mail account to outlook

i have outlook 2002 and already use it for an earthlink
and a hotmail account. i'm now trying to add a new e-
mail account that i purchased through godaddy.com. i've
set up the new accout, but keep getting errors when it
tries to send the test message. any ideas??
