Problems approving timesheets

Hello

I hope that someone can help me. I have a few users with identical
permissions that allow them to approve timesheets for resources. For
some reason only one resource is having a problem doing this and he
just happens to be the "Boss".

Whenever he clicks on the link to approve the timesheets the system
just hangs and this is the error message that he gets when you click on
the error symbol on the bottom left hand corner

Error: Type Mismatch

Does anyone know what that means? I can't find that error on
Microsoft's website and I've asked our hosting company to make sure
that there are no other problems with his user settings and access but
they are all ok.
