problems because a user's last name is NULL?

Hi,

I've been getting a lot of application log errors for a certain user and my
theory is it's because his last name is "Null"

Here is the error message:

I can only go unblock the queue job but it keeps happening, with no real
descriptive reason. Is there a way I can send this to Microsoft without
opening a support ticket and having to pay for it?

Try changing his name and see if you still get the same issue.
Your theory sounds plausible...
