Problems createing New website office frontpage 2003.

HI! when I try to make a new website using FrontPage ( the version that
comes with office 2003) I get an error message. ( The Web server
(mywebserver) does not appear to have windows sharepoint installed.)

My internet server ( win2k pro) has always worked in the past and since I
upgraded to office 2003 I get this error. How do I resolve it?

one user mentioned that the sharepoint is a win 2003 server feature and if
so how do I create a website now with my win 2k pro system.

? is the sharepoint extensions on my office 2003 CD?
I don't see it anywhere in the office folder.!
