Problems creating document workspace in Sharepoint from Outlook 20

Some of our users are having trouble creating a Document Workspace through an
email. Here are the tests to create a document workspace through an email:
- New message, add recepient,
- Attach file
-when you attach file , you should see a link to 'Attachment options'
- Click on attachment options> Select Shared Attachments> Under Create
Document Workspace <Typein the url of the site where you want to create this
workspace>
- This should update the email with a link to the Doucment Workspace.
- Hit Send.

Below is the error msg recieved:

Description of problem(s):
The attachment Meeting minutes.doc was not uploaded to the document workspace.
