problems deleting sections in onenote

I recently upgraded to ONEnote 2007 and in reogranizing my Notebooks, found
that I can't delete sections/section groups. They disappear typically
disappear for 3 of 4 seconds and then reappear - So I've renamed all the ones
I want to eliminate, DELETE, and many remain as they come back like a trick
birthday candle... Has anyone had this issue or is their some setting I've
missed?

You may delete the whole of the OneNote Cache files.

The cache will automatically be re-created.
