I don't have my own digital id (or certificate). However I have a certificate
from another user - added to the contact from a signature that they sent. My
understanding is that I should be able to encrypt with the contact's digital
certificate? Yet the option to select the contacts certificate is never
presented and a message suggests that I do not have a certificate that I can
use to encrypt.
