Problems entering the http:// for security

I am trying to set up the security for office. It says to clear the https://
and enter http://office.microsoft.com and check Add button. However, it will
not let me. Am I supposed to delete everything on the list in the drop down
box, if so how?

this happens when the url is in the trusted sites zone but the "require ssl
validation" checkbox is checked. Please be sure that it is unchecked
(tools - internet options -security)
