problems for sending e-mail

Hi,
I have 3 accounts on my outlook. I can recieve e-mails
but couldn't send e-mail from my accounts.

What happens when you try? We need a lot more info...Outlook version, what
kind of accounts you're using (POP3/SMTP, IMAP, etc.), exact text of any
error message you're receiving...etc.
