Problems getting email into 1 inbox

Hi everyone,

I run outlook 2003 and SBS2003

I have several Imap accounts as well as my Exchange account. I want all
e-mail to go into ONE inbox (the exchange inbox) - yet it all goes into its
own email account inbox - even though "Deliver new e-mail to the following
location" specifies for ALL email accounts my exchange inbox/folder. (odd
thing is that 1 or 2 times I was able to get 1 message into the main inbox..
but only very rarely.. for no apparent reason)

1) How can I change that? (aside from using rules)
2) I read everywhere about people having problems getting e-mails into
separate folders and how its impossible to get it into the same one.. I have
the opposite problem:)

Thanks,
Theodore

IMAP always uses it's own store, since it's a server store. You'd need to
use rules or POP3 to keep everything in Exchange.

Wouldn't those various inboxes be folders on different servers? Seems like
you are asking Outlook to transfer e-mail from various IMAP servers (not your
local machine) to your exchange server (also not your local machine). Perhaps
you could set up something with your IMAP providers to forward all your
e-mail to your exchange account. Alternately, you might try to set up a
search folder that would show you all the mail from each inbox in one search
folder. I can't give you details for either, as I've only configured POP3
accounts (where e-mail is downloaded to my local machine and stored there),
but a search folder is what I would try.
