Problems getting Visor handheld to sync again.

I'm not sure if anyone has an answer but.... My Visor handheld lost
power and, surprise, all my information was gone. Thinking, not a
problem, I just synced right before I had to send my ibook to apple
for a new logicboard and everything is still on my repaired ibook
again. So I hot synced and NOTHING went to my handheld. I have tried
everything I can think of....reinstalling Entourage Hot sync, checking
all the conduit folders...nothing has worked. Does anyone know why I
cannot get all my information from entourage back on to my handheld?

It sounds like your data is still on the iBook, it just isn't going to the
Visor for some reason. In that case, begin by deleting the "Entourage
Storage" file, located here:
(OS X) ~/Documents/Palm/Users/<Your User>/Entourage Data/

Then, launch HotSync Manager (in /Applications/Palm/), and go to HotSync ->
Conduit Settings. Double-click the Entourage Conduit, and set them all to
"Entourage overwrites handheld" with the "Do once and then synchronize"
checkbox checked in each instance. Click OK, and try again.

Thanks Mickey.
I did manage to get to this part of the conduit and "do once and then
synchonize" step a few days ago. It gave me back my address book, but
still did not put all my calander items in. None of my memos
transferred. I will try it again by deleting the "Entourage Storage"
folder and going through the do once step again. Thanks.

I am having problems myself. When I click on the Conduit Settings for
Entourage, nothing happens, it will not so to the settings. It works for the
other conduits, just not Entourage, any other people have this problem?
