Hi al.
I have MS Project Prof. 2003 and MS Project Server 2003.
Everything was working fine until now. I created 2 new
Project Managers, one OK but the other one has problems
with the connection. When this one created the account,
the test connection button worked ok, but when he tried
to enter, he reached to the establishment as a "confident
server" and when he tried to connect after that, the
server sent a message like "there is a problem with
Global template, or the user is not enabled inside the
server, or there are problems with the net".
The only certainty is the user is enabled, because he can
connect to the server using another PC.
People from communications department, have discarded the
problems with the net.
So the doubt now is what can be affecting the connection?
Is there something in the configuration that i can check?
I need to solve this problem very quickly, but i don't
know where start?
