Problems in printing pictures

M

margaret cameron

I am having trouble printing pictures with text. The print layout page looks
perfect but in print preview the picture has disappeared and only the text
remains. The page too prints without the picture. Can anyone help? I have
Office 2003 Basic.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print tab | check the "Drawing
objects" box | OK.

Thanks garfield-n-odie - your suggestion worked - I cannot tell you the hours
I have spent trying to find the solution.

Hi

I am having the same problem in Word 2004, and there doesn't seem to be an
'Options' menu in Tools. What do I do? I searched for help on picture
placeholders but found nothing.

I just posted about this same problem in Word 2004 but forgot to mention that
I'm using a Mac.

Hi Margaret,

You may want to use the link below to also post in the Word:mac discussion group on this. The 'Tools' menu in the Windows version
is, if I recall correctly, the 'Preferences' settings in Word:mac
