Problems installing Office 2003 SP 2

Office 2003 SP 2 update is unsuccessful. I have traced it via the log file
to the following error.
"Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\MSOCache\All
Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\PR103374.CAB. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it."
I have searched for this file PR103374.CAB and can't find it. It is also
not on the original installation disk.
I'm at a loss as to what to do. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
