Problems installing Office 2003 SP3

Kyle

When I download SP3 for office 2003, I have troubles installing that service
pack. Everything goes fine, until windows update looks for an installation
package file called OWC10.MSI in the web components folder. I can locate the
file and try to use it as the source, but it won't let me use it.

When I press okay to use the source, it says
" '...\OWC10.MSI' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this
location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'OWC10.MSI'
in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Office XP Web
Components. "

When I have to cancel, it gives me a an error 1706. And the setup files
cannot be found.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

You receive an "Error 1706. Setup cannot find the required files" error message when you
repair or install a feature in Office
