Problems installing Office 2007

I requested Office 2007 on CD. I have attempted to install the Professional
Suite several times. The install appears to start, but never completes and
gives me an error message that it did not install successfully. Has anyone
experienced this? Is there something that I should do in preparation for the
install which will facilitate a successful installation? Thank you.

What operating system are you trying to install on? Office 2007 won't run on
Windows 2000, for example.

What operating system are you trying to install on? Office 2007 won't run on
Windows 2000, for example.

Okay, that's not the problem, then.

Oh, you might make sure it's up to date with service packs. Not sure if that
will help, but it shouldn't hurt, anyway.
