Problems opening Workbook

Hi All,
My Problem is that when I try to open my Accounts workbook I have this
notice appear:- "! Too Many Different Cell Formats". Then the workbook will
not open.
If I could open the workbook then I can rectify the problen of too many cell
formats.
So does anyone know how to force the workbook to open?
