Problems printing postcards

I have a user who was just upgraded from WINNT40/Office 97
to Windows 2000/Office 2000. She has a postcard that was
created in Word 97 and she is trying to get it to print.

The PageLayout uses a custom size of 5.5" wide, 3.5"
length, and landscape. It is set to print to the manual
feed tray. When she selects print, the printer messages
states 'Load #10 Envelope', picks up the postcard and
sends it through. Because the address for a #10 Envelope
is designed to print about 6" or so from the edge, the
postcards are blank.

I have tried putting the postcards in the envelope tray
and telling the document to use this tray, but it hasn't
helped. As a short term fix, the user printed the post
cards from a PC that is still running WINNT40/Office 97.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can get
it resolved.
