Problems publishing project plans to Project Server 2003

Greetings!

We have been struggling with installing and configuring Project
Server 2003. One of the main problems we're having is that we are
unable to successfully publish project plans from MSProject Pro 2003
to Project Server 2003. We get the following error message in the MS
Office Project Server Spooler window:

Publish Project Plan SYSTEM ERROR (0x80004005) [Time] [Project
File Name] [Server Name] [Manager Name]

Any suggestions? Please Help.

This indicates an authentication issue, unfortunately I can't tell you where
it's occurring from the information you've provided. Essentially, your
system is not configured correctly. Post the errors you see in application
event log on the server, and perhaps they'll shed more light.
